The Regional Driving Assessment Centre is a charitable organisation dedicated to helping people who are, or would like to be, drivers or travel as passengers in their own vehicle to help maintain an independent lifestyle.

RDAC are an accredited member of the Forum of Mobility Centres; one of 17 centres across the country offering the highest professional standards of assessment. The service provided is available to any disabled or elderly person who has difficulties, either as a driver or passenger. The Centres also offer an information service and advice on benefits relating to the Disability Living Allowance, to anyone concerned with the mobility of disabled or elderly people.
Although their centre is in Saltley Birmingham, they also have a satellite centre at Eynsham in Oxford and an outreach service based at Cannock Chase Hospital, Staffordshire. In the last year RDAC were able to help more than 800 people and the numbers are increasing every year. If you think they might be able to help you, please give them a call.
Please remember that RDAC are not an agency of the DVLA and although they conduct assessments for them, they do not carry out driving tests.
