About us
Sirus Automotive Ltd was established in 2004 by Russell Venvil and Simon Pearson. Simon and Russell began the company with a mission to create a unique vehicle for wheelchair users who wished to be independent. Sirus designed the most affordable compact ‘Drive From Wheelchair’ vehicle on the market. Sirus are now the UK’s premier converter of compact ‘Drive From Wheelchair’ vehicle solutions.
From its humble beginnings, Sirus now employ over 65 people who all share the Sirus ethos – to continually offer the best products and service for the best price.

Our service to you
Sirus provide a first class service to all of our customers. We understand that a vehicle is a very important long term purchase, therefore we will work in partnership with you. Sirus provide a full 3 year guarantee on all vehicles. We have several fully trained dedicated service engineers out on the road who service your vehicle every year. Not only that, if you do encounter any problems whilst motoring, all you have to do is call us. We will endeavor to be with you within 24 hours to assist you, giving you maintenance free running.
Simon Pearson – Co-Director
Simon began his career as an apprentice in a local commercial vehicle company, going on to become a R&D Engineer for a vehicle conversions company where he worked for 8 years. Simon heads up the R&D team and designs all of our new conversions.
Russell Venvil – Co-Director
Russell’s passion for the automotive industry lead him to study a BA Hons. Degree in Transport Design at Coventry University, going on to work as a Graphic Designer & Vehicle Design Assistant. Co-directing the company, Russ also manages the sales team and regularly carries out demonstrations.
Ann Sevier – Receptionist
Ann will be the first person you speak to here at Sirus. Ann will help you with any questions and queries you may have, ensuring you speak to the right person quickly. When you do visit us here at head office, Ann will look after you giving you an extremely warm welcome!
Keri Whaley – Customer Services Manager
Keri ensures that at all times you receive an excellent service from us here at Sirus. We closely monitor your customer feedback, constantly analysing our performance. If you have any questions or queries about the build of your vehicle or when your vehicle is to be delivered, Keri is the person to call.
Sonrad Lal – Mobility Advisor
Known as Lal, meet another of our Mobility Specialists. Lal is based at the office and arranges all of the on the road demonstrations – ensuring you receive a 1st class service at all times. Lal is also our specialist in Motability, Access to Work, and will guide you through the whole process.
Simon Turton – Mobility Advisor
Simon, who is based at head office is just on the end of the phone if you should require any advice, information and guidance throughout your journey with us. Simon will also give you regular updates on your vehicle when its in build, he can even send you pictures if you want!
Matt Watts & Mike Perry – Mobility Advisors / Demonstrators
Both Matt and Mike are out on the road and you will meet them when having your vehicle demonstration. They will spend as little or as much time with you as you need, giving you a full demonstration of the vehicle plus a test drive if you would like one. They will also deliver your finished vehicle to you making sure you are 100% happy.
Nik Gillett – Adaptations Co-Ordinator
If you are having any vehicle adaptations, Nik will give you help and advice on the right solution for you, co-ordinate the whole process ensuring you receive excellent customer service throughout.
Kelly Foster – Accounts Administrator & Motability Advisor
Kelly is our Motability expert and will guide you through the whole process once you have ordered your vehicle, whether its regarding Motability, or taxing and registering your vehicle. If you have any queries or questions, Kelly is just on the end of the phone to help you.
Marcus Whaley – Transport Manager
You will more than likely meet Marcus when your vehicle is handed over to you. He will make sure you are 100% happy with your finished vehicle and will also co-ordiate your wheelchair fittings.
Vicky Crees – Marketing Manager
Vicky looks after the PR and Marketing function, communicating to you our new product launches, gaining press coverage, working with various charities such as the MS Society, as well as arranging all of the exhibitions we carry out throughout the year.
Steve Parsons, Ian Webb & Nick Williams – Service Engineers
Our engineers will carry out the annual service on your vehicle, plus if you encounter any problems whilst motoring, we will respond as quickly and efficiently as possible. There is always an engineer based here at head office who is on the end of the phone to talk you through any questions and queries you may have.
